Electional Astrology Used for Consumer Complaint

I had a great laptop computer. Her name was Bella. I had purchased her from Dell directly on their website. She was perfect except for the touch pad. She was very sensitive and would click and go while I was typing. I tried changing the settings, but nothing worked. It was very frustrating.

 

After speaking with Dell tech support, it was recommended that I should send the computer in for repair. I would only lose a few days work as the turn-around time was 24 hours.This computer was my baby and I treated it very gently. There was not a scratch on her. I removed the hard drive, put her in the original shipping container and sent her off to Dell.

 

Two days later I received a scratched, dusty, dirty laptop computer. It looked like someone had lick their hand and then used it to clean the screen. It was not my Bella. The serial number/service tag on this computer was my serial number/service tag, but it had obliviously been removed from Bella and placed on this computer. It was barely sticking to this trashed impostor. I was devastated.

 

Bella had an unusual, upgraded configuration and the configuration on this computer was correct, but it was not my Bella. I called tech support to complain. They were no help. As far as they were concerned, if my serial number/service tag was on the computer, it was my computer. So I decided to complain directly to Michael Dell, the CEO of Dell Computers and I decided to elect a specific time to do so.

 

My ruler, is Jupiter. It is exalted by house being in the 4th, which is known as the end of the matter house. The tenth house rules Dell Computer Company and Michael Dell as the owner. I wanted him to do the right thing in this matter. He is represented by Venus which is in exaltation in Pisces and indicates an honorable person. I wanted to show that someone made a mistake or did something nefarious with my computer. The ruler of the 6th house of service employee and 7th house of the unknown person is Mercury, both in detriment and in fall in Pisces. But more than anything, I wanted a good computer. I wanted Bella back. For this reason, I packed the 3rd house of computers with Venus exalted in Pisces and the Sun exalted in Aries. I chose a time when the Pisces Moon was applying to a parallel with the Sun and then a conjunction to Venus as a final aspect.Venus. Remember, the chart has to say what you want to happen! I wanted an upgrade from the trashed computer and upgrades come with exaltation.

 

It took a month for Dell to respond, but Michael Dell's personal assistant called me to ask me about my computer and the computer I received in return. Given the information I provided, I was sent a brand new, upgrade computer that was twice as powerful as Bella. After an investigation, Dell fired their service provider.
